LTC Patrick C. Mulloy is a Military Intelligence officer and the current Professor of Military Science at the University of Central Florida. As a military brat and officer, he lived in Europe, Asia, and numerous US States before settling in North Carolina. He completed his undergraduate studies at Longwood University and commissioned through ROTC in 2006.
LTC Mulloy began his career as an Armor officer with the 4th Infantry Division before transitioning to Military Intelligence in 2010. After transitioning to MI, he served as a senior intelligence officer and Military Intelligence Troop Commander with the 2nd Cavalry Regiment. He was next assigned as an instructor and course director with the Military Intelligence Captain’s Career Course. After attending the Command and General Staff College and the School of Advanced Military Studies, he served in key intelligence roles with the 82nd Airborne Division and the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), including serving as JSOC’s senior officer at the Indo-Pacific Command. LTC Mulloy served 36 months overseas throughout the Middle East, Asia, and Europe.
LTC Mulloy holds a Master of Arts in International Security Studies from the University of Arizona and a Master of Arts in Military Operations from the School of Advanced Military Studies. He is married to Melissa and together they have four children: Nolan (11), Isla (7), and twins Wesley and Calan (4). LTC Mulloy enjoys golf, history, sports, and traveling.
